To make a long story short I had to reinstall a MAS server from scratch. Everything installed fine except for my TTS and the language prompts. When I try to install these two it just says failed. The progress bars are all at 100%, but it says failed in red writing underneath. Any idea?

I have a CICS with 2 CI cards. All my digital ports are full, so I want to add more. I know I need the expansion card that fits in the smaller slot on the unit, but the trouble is i'm not sure what it's called. This card will upgrade from 16 to 24 ports? Thanks!

Alright well I forwarded all those ports on my router and the phone registers, but I have no voice. Not even dial tone. I can call site to site, but no voice. This is just going over the internet, no VPN. I even put the BCM in a DMZ but still no luck. Any idea? I know a VPN is best pratice, but...
