    I figured it out people... it was the lhk... it was set to "0". I set it to the prvt DN key which was "4", worked like a champ.... SOLVED !!!

    Gents/Ladies: Is there something specific that needs to programmed on 3905 phones to allow the HD techs private DN to get VM ? Whats happening is that while the techs are on their private DN (non-symp) line, if they receive a Pvt Dn call, they receive a fast busy.

    Has anyone on here successfully gotten their Call Manager to work with a NORTEL IP Trunk Card (NTVQ01BA). If you did please point in the right direction, as I gotten flimsy info so far. I know tek-tips wont let me down. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

    App Builder AOS Error

    Has anyone found what the issue to this is ? I've tried reloading appbuilder from the CD. How do you find out if there is a version mismatch between the Call Pilot Card and the PC running App Builder ?
