Looking for a MiVoice Office 400 Tech

We have some unwanted behavior with emergency call alerting, as well as some call center functionality changes. Basically, I need a tech or a partner who is interested in supporting this system moving forward.

Looking for an Aastra/Mitel MiVoice 400 tech

I posted over in the Mitel forum, but maybe it should be here. Is the Mitel MiVoice Office 400 an Aastra heritage product? https://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1828357

Looking for a MiVoice Office 400 Tech

I have a client who purchased a MiVoice 400 (Aastra heritage) system that I ended up installing for them. We have a few nagging issues that need resolving, and I'd prefer to get someone who is fluent in these systems to handle them. The system is quite a bit different than the Mitel heritage...

Analog trunk on IP Office goes OOS when ringing in

Thanks. I should mention that the customer has had this deployed for years, and only recently has this problem started happening. Power cycling the unit does nothing to affect change. I will check the card details and see what models they are. In any event, my plan for Monday morning is to port...

Analog trunk on IP Office goes OOS when ringing in

Nice, this was installed by our CLEC, the same ones seemingly sending us goofy voltage. Nothing complex, just rings a few phones, the thing to note is that while we are experiencing this behavior, the IPO never "detects" an incoming call. It only moves the trunk from idle to OOS, and then...

Analog trunk on IP Office goes OOS when ringing in

This is a goofy one. I have an IP Office, running 11.1.1.1.0, four combo cards, with analog trunks spread across all four cards. Calling in on any trunk the caller hears a beep, followed by noise. This beep and noise is consistent, across multiple calls to multiple analog line numbers. If I...

Intermittent one way audio (and it isn't the network, probably)

I didn't turn off direct media path on individual phones, no. Wouldn't unchecking "Re-invite Supported" on the SIP trunk accomplish the same thing?

Intermittent one way audio (and it isn't the network, probably)

Also, interestingly, I'll see alarms in the IP Office Status tool for the SIP trunk between the sites - despite having a ping running at the same time with zero loss.

Intermittent one way audio (and it isn't the network, probably)

Ok, I know, been posted millions of times before, the one way audio issue that is always due to network issues. In this case I have my doubts - but would love to be proved wrong. Two sites, and an IP Office at each site running 11.1.1.1.0.18. At site A we have 9608 stations, and at site B we...
