Livelink 9.7.1 Performance Issue
We have the web client service turned off due to a issue this causses with versions within the web interface for drag and drop. 10.1 is our default version for Enteprise Connect as we are looking to put in some addtional remote cache servers to resolve latency sensitivitiy.- NewLiveLinker

Livelink 9.7.1 Performance Issue
Just installed the new EC client 10.2 and found that from MS Word that the number of http calls decreased by 2. That is when running the 10.1 and fiddler for just running a file upload (tiny - less than 1k) fiddler found 30 calls. In 10.2, the same size of file and running fiddler found that...- NewLiveLinker

Livelink 9.7.1 Performance Issue
We are running into the same issue where have less than 10 users on our prod systems config'd by OT. Uploading a document is 3 times slower via EC client 10.1 than web. Ran fiddler logs and found the EC client is running 30 statements to the web interface's 6. I don't know what the...- NewLiveLinker
