We used to use application builder to handle incoming calls, and it worked fine. I still use it for multiple people at a phone number. We went back to a call center, because people wanted a person not a menu.
I have a user who claims that a person is dropped when on hold after a certain period of time. I was wondering if there is a setting to adjust how long a person can stay on hold before they are dropped? Or are they not dropped, these people are just hanging up?
