    I deleted the mailboxes and ran the cleanup agent...but I am sure that it will continue to grow. i will just leave it as is and as we create new mailboxes I assume it will use the white space in the mailstore. Thanks for your reply.

    ok thanks...so I just ran a manual full backup of the database and it is now showing correctly in the store properties. Is there a way to shrink the actual size of the database since we recently removed several old mailboxes (about 10GB)?

I have daily incremental backups and weekly full backups running via Backup Exec which have been completing successfully every day. But when I look at the database tab...
