Does the replaced disk show up in ioscan -fnC ? In the ioscan output, S/W State and H/W Type show up as CLAIMED & DEVICE. If Yes! Execute 1. vgcfgrestore -n /dev/vgGroup /dev/rdsk/cXtYdZ 2. vgsync vgGroup. adr1168- adr1168
