We have several sites with Mitel phone systems, all using 3300ICP. They are set up to allow internal calling.
Lately, but not all the time, when a call has been transferred to another user (which the majority of the time is on one of the other sites however it has been on the same site too)...

thanks for the replying. we would prefer not to use the ccm as we arent particular fans of the general user interface and as we would require users, not just admin\ict to use it, we dont think it would be ideal.

we already use ccm for agent control and monitoring on our call center. i cant see how we can use it to monitor calls on the site?

All have a page group setup and having paging enabled.
We use Enterprise Manager and all numbers are in the Remote Directory.
According to the help on the page group, remote directory numbers cannot be added to a page group.

We got a response from Mitel too and they suggested more or less what andy4uk is suggesting at the end. We are implementing it within a couple of weeks so i'll let you know how it goes.

A customer has asked whether it possible to limit calls to an acd agent queue.
They have a 3300 with 6110\YA. To explain clearly; their number, 123456, will accept and queue maximum 6 callers. When the 7th+ tries to ring, it would give the busy tone.
Is this possible and\or do you need any...
Can anyone explain, or refer me to documentation, a step-by-step process of setting up a 'greeter' so when someone phones our main number 123456 they are greeted with 'press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts, 3 for support etc.
