    Outlook will not launch

    I have Office 2003 installed. All office products work fine except Outlook. Via RDP Outlook lauches with no problems. Via ICA Outlook does not launch at all. No error msg nothing. Any advice on how to troubleshoot?

    Internet explorer unable to start

    Through RDP, everything works fine. When I run an ICA session, iexplorer will not start. When I try to launch iexplorer, I receive an application error. "The exception Privileged instruction. (0xc00000096) occurred in the application at location 0x676a4069." Does anyone have any suggestions?
