I'm trying ot use information from other posts to create a derived field for Tenure and I'm getting an error saying the DATEDIF is not valid. Can someone assist? I just want to know tenure based on hire/rehire date (whichever is greater of those two dates). Thanks! Using ReportSmith 3.10 Shane- salbrandt
