CMS Report Assistance - List of dialed numbers by agent
Has anyone designed, or know how to design, a report that lists dialed numbers by agent? I know the trace report contains that information, but I don't need all the other lines. I want a report that will just show: AgentID, Date, Time, Dialed Number. The input should be Agent Group name and...- DexM
