I just figured out the first error message...error 1905. For rhp353 - just follow the steps listed by weiseguy1. I get the same error as rhp353 - error 1905. It looks exactly like this: Error 1905.Module C:\Program Files\Quicktime\QTUIPanelControl.dll failed to unregister. HRESULT -2147220472.
