I have the printer programmd into the device table as a roll printer. It is selected as id# 1. Also the serial connector in the back has its dip swith #4 on and all the rest are off. Epson Printer TM-T88 III& WS4
I am having big trouble installing my Epson TM-T88 III printers to the Micros Ws4 terminals. I am running 9700 HMS. Called Micros many times and they dont seem to be of any help either.
