How to restrict a phone from making long distance calls?
I have a Norstar phone system and I need to restrict a phone from making long distance calls. I'm not real familiar with the Norstar system. I have tons of experience with Nortel option 11, 61C and 81C and would just change the ncos to restrict the phone is there something simular in the Norstar...- rns411

Callpilot Desktop Messaging
I have inherited a Callpilot system installed by the vender. I too am having the same error. However when I look in the mailbox "class" types I do not see a class called "unified". How do I add this class type? Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.- rns411
