Also, check in the BIOS to see if USB is enabled or not. More places are becoming conscious of the risk to data theft by USB drives, iPods, etc, and are disabling them.- Baffo93

The simplest way would be to make sure that the images you are embedding are JPEG files, rather than Bitmap. A Bitmap screenshot can be 2MB, where the same image saved as JPEG can be 120KB (I just tested this using Paint and got these figures). If you are using images already supplied to you...- Baffo93

Hi, For Word documents, sometimes you can simply open the doc in Notepad and see the plain text amongst the formatting code and bits of corruption. Strip out the corrupt parts and formatting codes then save as a text file. I know it's not very elegant, but it's a quick fix and has worked for...- Baffo93
