    How to use a category to capture the approver of a file in an OpenText livelink workflow

    Does anyone know how to assign a category to an item in a livelink work. The category will capture the approver when the item gets moved to its destination. I am going this rout because e-signature only signs the first file in the list.

    How to esign multiple files

    The signature step in OpenText workflow only allows the signing of 1 file in the attachments list. I was told that this is by design. Does anyone know how to get around this and sign multiple files.
