On site again today and you are correct , now unable to login to the lsp using dadmin after translations were saved any resolve other than upgrade to 4.0.1 :(- mikemelia

In CM4 you need to add a dadmin user from the maintenance web interface on the server and make it a member od susers before installing the password file.- mikemelia
