The document does reference the AGC setting but not the TX NR / RX Louder / Call Center.
Are you aware of any documents that reference what they do?
We have put a request into Avaya for more detail.

-Headset AGC Enabled
-Headset - TX NR
-Headset - RX Louder
-Headset - Call Center
