    Video is too fast...audio is in the right track....help

    i converted a vob to avi so i could edit it in premiere, i viewed it in the windows movie player and it was working well, but when i imported it in Adobe Premiere cs4 the video moves faster and the audio is on the right track. what did i do wrong? is there someting to do with the settings...
