I tried installing a unified messaging on the 2010 computer and was able to install and work but ever since i installed the software outlook keeps failing..Help. Also is there a way to get Unified messaging to work with an exchange server to push fax's and voice mails out that way??
In the summary Reports it gives you a grade of service % and the customer wants to know how this number is calculated??? Any formulas or equations would help out allot...

Two BCMs with IP trunking does the customer need to purchase any addtl services from their current carrier, sip trunks? Or do they just need the IP trunks (H.323) and the MCDN key codes for this to work?
