I tried installing a unified messaging on the 2010 computer and was able to install and work but ever since i installed the software outlook keeps failing..Help. Also is there a way to get Unified messaging to work with an exchange server to push fax's and voice mails out that way??

will i need to have the customer purchase voip or sip trunks from their carrier AT&T or is the key codes from a vendor all i need to make this happen? As you can see I'am very new to this and I'am only an IT person for this very poor school district. Any and all info will help out tremendously...

Two BCMs with IP trunking does the customer need to purchase any addtl services from their current carrier, sip trunks? Or do they just need the IP trunks (H.323) and the MCDN key codes for this to work?

What exactly does the Tenor S do for connecting the phone systems up together does this allow for 3 or 4 digit dialing between offices ?
