    You can also create a new object style on the styles pallette -- I did the same thing for off-set text, and created a text box style called "off-set text" which can be applied to any text box, just as you apply paragraph or character styles.

    Automatic numbering of Figures & Tables

    CPING had the same question I've been trying to answer -- I couldn't follow the thread to the replies though. Did anyone have an idea how to automatically insert numbers in table or figure titles? InDesign does the job for footnotes, so I keep thinking it must be there somewhere.
