Using a MacBookPro, in InDesign, I want to delete page one of a document so I can have just 2 and 3, which appear as a spread. When I delete page one, pages 2 and 3 separate and don't stay side by side.
When I import a logo by dragging or using command-D into InDesign from Photoshop, it comes in with a white background, as opposed to being silhouetted. How do I bring an object into InDesign as a silhouette?
