I have an issue with a map being called by an external process, and that process is expecting the final data to be returned from that executable map. However, to correctly format the output I need to execute a RUN map. I am trying to figure out how to get the output from the RUN map to be...
I was wondering if anyone knows which pack the BAI or BAI2 trees are included in? I've looked in the SWIFT and SEPA packs with no success.
My client would like to purchase the WTX Pack to be able to get these trees, but we can't seem to locate which one they are a part of.
Thanks,
Mike
8.3 is still considered Websphere. As the product integrates with other WebSphere software (WMB, WPG, WPS, etc..), I don't see why it would change to a different SW group.
I have not heard of this re-branding.
Pat, I appreciate the responses. I'm trying to understand though, unless I'm on the same network, how would Autodiscover know what Exchange Server I am trying to get to? Simply by the E-Mail address? So far, that hasn't worked, which it also did not work on my other two non-Microsoft/non-PC...
Pat,
You mean something different across different clients? If it works on one platform/client, why wouldn't it work on another.
I believe the issue is strictly with my configuration. I seem to be closer to resolving this by using Connect Using HTTP in the Advanced Settings. I am now...
I have, and they do allow it.
They keep giving me urls like the https://owa.domain.com I'm not sure why this is so dificult for them to understand. Using Explorer to connect to a Webmail URL is NOT the same as using Outlook 2007. They seem to think it is.
Is there not a way to configure...
Morning all,
I am having an issue where I am trying to connect to Exchange 2007 using Outlook 2007, but I am not on the company's network. I know that on my Mac and my iPhone I just use the owa.domain.com to access E-mail, Calendars, Global Address Book, etc. However, It tells me it can't...
I am trying to find a simple workaround for this issue I am having, and was hoping to not have to use a BAT file.
Multiple files are written out to a directory throughout the day by another process. When all of their processing is complete for the day, they drop a msg into an MQ Queue, which...
FOund it. It seems the copybook had some "un-named" elements in it. It tried to create a generic name in the type tree, but it was incorrect. If I remove those empty fields, it seems to work fine.
Thanks
Good morning,
I'm trying to get ODBC drivers installed on my Vista (64bit) OS to be able to connect to the TMGR DB2 database. The database is local on my machine (for POC development). I have the DB up and running, and can connect to it with no problems. But I need to create a DSN to connect...
I'm trying to figure out how to resolve an L100 error that I am getting from a type tree that was imported using a COBAL Copybook. I am seeing these in two different trees that were imported.
I don't know enough about copybooks to figure out what is going on inside of it (and I didn't create it...
I know this question isn't specifically geared towards Mercator or WTX, but I was curious if anyone knew of a similar data transformation or mapping product that runs on Mac OS X? I'm trying to build a proof of concept to do exactly this for a Mac based office. But alas, no luck so far.
Rischi,
I kind of figured that it wasn't the workspace, but I can't find anything else causing this.
But no, we are not using the Launcher. The maps are being executed by WebSphere Process Server, using the JAVA API. I have verified that the router map does not have the backup turned on...
Morning everyone! I was hoping you could help us debug a small issue that we are having. We have WebSphere Process Server executing all of our WTX maps.
We are getting these mer__in_memory*O1.bak files for every map.
We have checked the router map, and no backup options are turned on in it...
A few years ago I know there were some WTX/Mercator documentation tools that are based on the exported XML from a Map. However I have not seen these for quite some time and was wondering if anyone knows if these tools still exist and where we could find them?
If not, has anyone created a map...
Mala1,
I am assuming you mean exceptions as in errors? Every error has different resolution, based on the return code. What exactly is the message that you are seeing?
If you are talking about exceptions as in the JAVA API adapter, then someone else would need to answer your query.

Thanks, Janhes. We were trying to avoid recreating all of our XML trees, and remap everything, especially since the two trees have a completely different format.
But there is some good news, it looks like it may be an issue between WPS and WTX, as far as versions go. The WPS server is being...
Development is on Windows XP, and WTX is 8.1.0.2.
Prod will be on Linux
I'm in a bit of a bind here in my current development. We are using Websphere Process Server for all of the interfaces, but WTX for the actual transformation. WPS is calling the WTX mmc's via the Java API.
The problem we...
Janhes,
Thanks! That is what I was originally trying to do, but I just found out that they were sending 3 or 4 different formats in the same folder, which explains my confusion as to why I couldn't find A base xsd.
But thanks for the simple answer!
