Goldmine 8.03
I would like my users to be able to edit the email field(It's in blue)
but they can't, only users with master access can, and there is no section in the permission section for this.
Does anyone have any idea how I can do this?

I had this problem, No idea how to solve it but you could try reinstalling goldmine as maybe something got corrupted during installation.
I used a third party softphone to get around this problem give a quick google and some should come up

Can goldmine run without an internet connection?
The office we are moving to do not have out dedicated line ready so we will have no net.
I think the computers should still find the server where the goldmine server is located but will it work with no internet...

So I would like my users to be able to fill in the email filed, they click it, a boxx opens and you put the email in, but they cannot press ok ( Its greyed out)
But if I do it (Master access) then its ok.

So I have a question, I want to try and avoid forking out £500+ for a call logging system, TAPI link for goldmine shows me alot of information which I want to know, IE, how many calls, How long they have been on a phone.
So my question is, How can I export that information to a text...

They are unscheduled calls, and the result of the call is selected from the result drop down list...
These are for example, Answer machine or No Answer etc. These also come up in the history tab to show what people have done with each contact.

I think the status being off (Not I2) was the cause of this problem for some reason, even though there was no owner for the contacts. I have enabled this and set the owner to be available to all users.
