Hi, Thanks for your mail.It is in Report studio.In the Data format in numbers.Can you please let me know exactly in Numbers which field should i Use to achieve this.I tried using the patterns as 0.0000.i need to show the negative values also in parenthesis ( ). Please let me know asap. Deepika

I have a column Units and some of the values in this column are with 4 decimals. for eg the values are :2.4561, 125, -123.78 The requirement is to convert all the numbers in this column to show with 4 decimals. eg:2.4561, 125.0000. (123.7800) How can I achieve this Thanks in advance. Deepika

Hi Thanks for your reply. But incase if I do a left outer join taking query 2 as the master then the items existing in query 2 need not exist in query 3 and viceversa.how can i consider the query 2 as master query? or any other solution to achieve this?

If I'm in Report Studio and I have the properties set to Page, under Data there is a section called properties. When I click on it, it list query items that are in the report with check marks. Can anybody explain in detail,how does this work?
