    FEATURE 811 works when the phone is ringing. Also, when the receiver is picked up, the caller ID shows up, too (without FEATURE 811) Thanks for the help!

    Curlycord, I just finished going through your step by step and I got it working! Now, my only complaint is that when someone calls me, I do not see the caller ID, just the XXX>300 like you said above. I suppose there is no way to show the caller ID, is there? Thanks for the help!

    Not yet, thanks for explaining how to do it, though. I've been put in charge of maintaining the phone system in our office, and while I am able to navigate the menus and do the basic stuff involving VM, I am still unfamiliar with some of the terms and features. I have some learning to do.
