    Not sure if this is too late or if you found a workaround, but we use the IVR's to create "scripts" for instances like this. The one thing that may be tricky is when the system replies back the orbit number it chose, if that can be assigned to a variable to be used later in the IVR.

    Well I am going back out to the site today so I'm going to give that a shot. I remember reading about that setting, and like so many other Mitel settings, what it says is not always what you would expect. Thanks kwbMitel, I will let you know the outcome.
