Display multiple levels in Table of Contents in Word?
Was the TOC created manually or by Word 2003? If the TOC was created by Word, then go to Insert -> Reference -> Index and Tables -> Table of Contents. Check the show level to verify how many levels the TOC is selected to display.- PetMit
