I have been expieriencing the same, and the problem was the session manager of the provider. You must first check if you are registered to your proxy provider, in your cube #show sip-ua register status. Check debbugs for sip in order to see wich codecs you negotiated.

I have no subscriber. In 7960 Ip phones is working with no problem but in 8941, 9971 and other models only show "Host not found"
