All you really had to do was reset the "system" password.
Chances are it's Windows messing things up, turn off all security stuff, firewall etc and try again. It should work.
FocusTechnology - Nah you don't have to go to 10.... when you upgrade just don't go to the latest and greatest of version 11, just use the 11 release right before the newest. The only thing I have to do is install the hot fix, the latest version of 11 has the hot fix built in.
I was on the phone with an Avaya support engineer a few days ago and he told me sometime next week the latest version of 11 should be re-released but even he said to give it time and don't jump on it.

Does "traceSM" & "list trace station" work on the Avaya IP office system? I know it worked on the older systems that had system manager.
