    I'm primaily a Norstar tech. Customer has NEC aspire . When we put line 1 on hold, answer line 2 and hang up line 2 , line 1 and 2 go solid red. When we try to access lines display says line Camp. Any help would be great Thanks

    CICS 6.0 Lines 001 and 002 will not external call forward. Lines 003 and 004 will external forward. lines 001 002 003 and 004 are all in the same line pool and programmed identically. Any Ideas ? Thanks
