    Meridian Mail is not responding (not answering calls or loading with AX)

    Hi, We have a Meridian Mail system which stopped working sometime over the weekend. Calls to our extensions don't get answered by voicemail and when connected to the switch typing AX, displays no output, although I do have to use CTRL+] to carry on, so it's obviously trying to load the Meridian...
