If you are using ASA, then you can select the Advanced tab in the left-hand-side column and select Export Data to export all the stations configured into an Excel .csv file

We had the same issue on our system with the Call History showing ANSWERED BY rather than the actual number. We changed the field on page 3 of the Trunk Group settings, as follows:-
From:-
"Show ANSWERED BY on Display? y"
To:-
"Show ANSWERED BY on Display? n"

Not running it yet, but after downloading the "96x1-IPT-H323-R6_6_0_29-040715" package from Avaya, I have noticed there appears to be a difference in the contents - with this "av_csca_pem_2032.txt" file not present, where it is present in the "96x1-IPT-H323-R6_4_0_14-040314" package.

Is there any way to determine which Loss Groups are being used by what resources within an Avaya CM2.2 system. Other than displaying the Analogue/Digital Station and Trunk Group settings?
I need to identify a "spare" Loss Group" for testing purposes.
