Avaya One-X Telepresence with Chonicall Dashboard

Gotcha, thanks y'all I was thinking the best next step would be contacting Xima directly. Our Agents that use One-X are using the VoIP functionality. Only oddity I've noticed is that even though they are "logged in" using the One-X App, there availability shows them as not being logged in...

Avaya One-X Telepresence with Chonicall Dashboard

I have a feeling this may be a unique case, but has anybody gotten Telepresence working in Chronicall's Dashboard with Agents using the Avaya One-X Mobile App? Basically, we have a call center tracking dashboard (who's logged in, on a call, on DND, and number of calls taken) that is displayed...

Some VoIP phones failing to register due to inactive LAN2 configuration

We are not using LAN2 for anything, it's not even physically plugged in. I figured that too, I guess even though the IP Routes are set for LAN1 it ignores them based on like you said, less hops? That's what I was thinking we were going to have to do. Didn't know the default IP to change it back...

Some VoIP phones failing to register due to inactive LAN2 configuration

We are experiencing issues with some VoIP phones in the office (and have been for some time) and finally tracked down the root cause. We currently have a flat /16 network (yes, we are working on getting that shrunk and implementing VLANs). Here is our config in IPO: Our IPO does not have a...

    Inconsistent DHCP ACK Errors

Nah, I do want to hear that. We're actively working towards VLANing our network. We're trying to do it in phases and keep running into hurdles along the way. Moving from a flat /16 to a bunch of /24s or /22s is quite a change. :)

    Inconsistent DHCP ACK Errors

Even if the IPOs DHCP is set to apply to only Avaya Phones? Why does it work for 90+% of our phones currently without any issues?

    Inconsistent DHCP ACK Errors

We do not. It is a completely flat network. The scope option on the 2012 DHCP server (Mcipadd=10.0.10.19, mcport=1719, httpsrvr=10.0.10.3, l2qvlan=0) is just to tell the phone where the IPO unit is (10.0.10.19) as well as where the boot files are (10.0.10.3)

    Inconsistent DHCP ACK Errors

First of all, let me give you some info on our network.. It is a /16 and has zero VLANs. We have two primary DHCP servers that are using Server 2012's DHCP Failover in a load balancing configuration. Both servers have option 176 and 242 setup and are limited to give IPs from 10.0.1.1 -...
