This is not a technical question...
Do any of you who work in teams to support your telephony infrastructure have team names? We are trying to come up with a team name for our voice/telephony team and I'd like something fun, but indicative of what we do.
I was thinking Phone Phenoms or...
Does anyone have any experience with the CompTia provided E-Learning for A+? The cost is about $530 or so. I have done the "try before you buy" lesson and I like it. It is informative while providing a level of interactivity. If I were to take the two classes for A+ certification at my local...
Just got a chance to check the site out and unfortunately, it doesn't give me the info I need to change how the soft buttons are programmed. :-(
Any other ideas?

Mufasa - This is exactly what I thought when I saw the commercial. ITT may be the best at teaching what they teach (however, since their credits do not transfer over, it may be just a high-priced piece of paper you're getting - but that's another topic), but if their student or as she is...
I've seen an ITT Tech commercial about a woman from Indiana who is going to ITT Tech. It shows her talking with her kids and she is saying how great it is to get this education and how important it is that her kids are seeing her work to better herself, etc. At one point during the ad, she...
I recently stumbled across an Aastra 390 telephone set. This was originally sold by USWest and called the "Home Receptionist."
This is kind of a cool phone - but I'm wondering.. there are six softkeys on this phone and one is programmed to automatically dial the voicemail retrieval number...
Has anyone in this forum run across Antispam 2009? This somehow got installed on my husband's PC and it is super hard to remove. The ZoneAlarm had expired and he started getting these "windows-like" messages that said Spyware was found on the PC and in order to prevent any damage, we should...
I had a similar situation at my previous job. It was not an IT-job, it was an Admin job. I was hired to be a second Exec Asst in the department. The other Exec Asst is very assertive/aggressive and I'm not that way - this was probably the biggest problem. My knowledge of all things MS Office...
Dollie - I don't want to hijack the thread, but I am going through the same kind of thing, I think. I too, didn't go to college when I should have and am paying dearly for that now - it's much harder to go to school when working full time.
Right now, I'm kind of feeling that the job I have...
I've been waiting for a post like this for a long time. I think I posted a question similar to the OP a few years ago (when I was living my previous life, described below), but didn't really get much of a response.
Most of our users are IT or Exec-level - so they feel entitled to text...
I manage the billing for all of our telecom-related expenses, so I do watch the cell phone invoices. It is helpful to monitor cell phone billing when it comes to budget time, so you have an accurate record of what you're spending for these pesky devices. Monitoring the billing is also helpful...
I had a plate that said CHOOGLN - which was a reference to the Creedence Clearwater Revival song, Keep On Chooglin'
When asked what Chooglin' meant, Creedence's John Fogerty said that it meant to relax and have fun.. but in the song, the lyrics mention an additional definition.
When I was...
The Plus marks indicate that the datasheet has related tables. As you have found, clicking the plus sign field expands a new datasheet or subdatasheet of related records in another table. In order to remove this, I believe you'd have to remove the relationship.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Lilliabeth! Yes, it will be for 2003 - sorry, I should have stated that in my earlier post. I've got a couple of quarters off of school (they aren't offering the classes I need), so I thought I'd spend the time getting the Master Certification in MS Office 2003! I'll be sure to check...
Has anyone taken any of the Expert-level certification tests for MS Office programs? I'm preparing for Word and Powerpoint and will take Excel and Outlook to follow. Wondering if anyone has any hints/tips on what to expect on these tests.
I've looked at the Microsoft Certification forum and...
