    Appreciate the help so far. Want to try the fix out asap, is there a link somewhere for the steps to do this: Move line 2 cross-connect to port 3 and re-program sets and/or vmails' AA/Lines. Copy line 002 settings to line 003, then change line 2 from Pool A to Public. Thanks!
