    It doesn't look like you need an IP PBX. Just buy an analog key system or hybrid. ShoreTel, as well as other systems, don't/can't work for every customer. That's why most vendors sell several different solutions. Why buy an IP phone system, from any manufacturer, and not use IP phones?

    IPO to IPO

    Shine52, Are the two IPO's next to each other, so that you could use a crossover cable. If they are being connected, because of distance, over a network T-1 circuit, you whouldn't need a crossover cable.

    I'm finding that a lot of SMB Avaya Partners are starting to sell ShoreTel. Any one else see this happening? I understand that BellSouth (AT&T) will be selling not only Nortel, Mitel, and Cisco, but Avaya IPO.
