    Thank you, I have identified the issue. It has to do with the RJ10 connector that powers up the AT40 Analog phone. I replaced the RJ10 connector with an RJ11 connector.

    @CoralTech I already tried same model telephone and it is brand new but same thing happened its not ringing. maybe I can check the cabling or the port that local extension. TY! FYI the system is SL1000.

    Has someone here found a solution for the NEC analog telephone not ringing problem? I cheked already the programming and analog telephone is set to default to be ringing unlike digital telephone you have a choice signal or voice. Thank you in advance.
