I would contact your mitel vendor and ask them to update the software on your phone system and your telephones. I'd ask for the latest firmwares and the latest softwares available. That's the only solution that I know
I think you need to use a direct trunk select and select each trunk individually until you find out which ones don't have connect with the phone company. If it doesn't connect with the phone company it needs to be disconnected from the phone system in many ways due to licensing.
