BCM50e V3.0 alarms show 11.2970 V12 Power Failed then a recovery 20 times a day? No idea what it is or could be and need an explanation if possible? One VM client says she gets voicemails with just static 3 times a day and see nothing besides this alarm HELP Please!
no time was changed and the clocking is being retrieved from our FTP site which is on the money. Sys has been reset already x2. I know the bcm cfg runs off the MSC and not the hard drive which make me wonder if thats why it's lagging, just hasn't caught up? Of coarse the customer wants it...

My dilemma is that the actual time that shows on the Nortel telephones is approx 60 to 90 behing real-time which shows correct in element manager. Never new it to be a problem until now. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks

On site email sever works fine but client took email server to the cloud and now it stopped working? Keeps saying needs valid address, any ideas?

I have a BCM400 4.0 all patched and updated to current and user just bought new win7/outlook 2010 computers and we can't get unified messaging to work? Installs ok but when we try open .wav PC Freezes, any ideads or is there a newer version of UM to try?
