So basically no IP Phones on remote locations will be able to dial 911 and reach their local exchange. Instead a remote site will either need to order a 1FB or use a single line phone off their fax line?

Does anyone know if you need to hard wire a 24v power supply to a line port on the Norstar to get the Talk Back Paging to work? If so please let me know and also if they will need other equipment besides the speakers and an amplifier.
