I think you meant GPT not GUI. It sounds like there is a unformatted or hidden partition on the drive - have you looked at the formatted drive in Windows Disk Management?- Kennabytes

Problem accessing Eng-Tips website
The problem appears to be a faulty redirect (probably the .htaccess) preventing pages from any non www. URLs from opening i.e. https://www.eng-tips.com is working, https://eng-tips.com isn't.- Kennabytes
