    So before I go look into the general mailbox let me go through the steps I've done with you and see if you still think it's the general mailbox. I pressed the VMsg key pressed 72 pressed 06 when asked for the table I press 01 then I pressed the OFF soft key on the display and pressed speaker

    I have an issue where when someone calls into the office and presses 0 to leave a VM instead of letting someone leave a VM they get a holiday greetig from 4th of July instead. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
