We're encountering an issue with Teleworker license consumption on our MiVoice Border Gateway 12.0.2.132.
(I am playing with 1 MiNET set and a couple of SIP sets in my lab from home and connect over internet to the WAN interface of the MBG.)
Observed Behavior (via MBG Dashboard):
a MiNET set...
Let me go on a bit of a rant here:
MiVB docs state "Deployment using all three MBG NIC Interfaces is not available on the SMBC MBG. SIP Trunks and Teleworker Phones must be on the same WAN Interface."
also "once the MBG WAN is configured, the WAN will be used as the Default Gateway for the...
Is it possible to configure different Day/Night schedules for different groups?
Example:
Sales users follow a schedule of Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM and COS/COR changes/locks down after 5PM
Tech users are on shifts from Mon-Sun (daily) 6AM-12MN and COS/COR changes/locks down after 12MN
if your permission sets are correct for when the room is occupied or vacant, then do a Telephony trace (Telnet 1818) to see what is happening when the call fails.
I don't believe it would be there. I am basically swapping 9 with 0... as in MiVB, 0 is for operator and 9 is for ARS leading digit. But in other countries, it is the other way around.
Someone advised me to make sure there is not conflict in the ARS and configure as I mentioned in my original...
Can someone let me know which references to consult in changing the default Operator extension 0 to 9? We are installing in a country where they use 9 for operator calls and 0 for making external calls. Even some of the Form labels refer to "0" for operator so I am concerned whether it is just a...
Hello enktr,
Thank you for explaining. As I understand, if the phone connects to the ICP (MiVB) through the MBG via the internal IP, there is no Teleworker license required. But if the phones needs to connect from remote/public internet via the MBG, the Teleworker license would be required.

Does the MBG require Teleworker Licenses if used for SRC Recording for Mitel Interaction Recorder and MiVoice Business? Or are the TAP licenses enough?

@zodiacgam, I don't believe this is possible for MOMA/MOWA. I don't think it can even be done for users with multiple terminals in the MiVO400 where you can route a call from a particular trunk to a specific terminal of that user.
But if you find a way, it would be cool to know.
Hi all,
I just want to clarify Silent Intrusion in MX-ONE (Silent intrusion on an ACD member) .I understand this means that the warning/conference/intrusion tones can be disabled. But once the supervisor intrudes on the call, it becomes a conference call.
Is it possible to have this type of...
Hi doktor and parnum,
Thanks for the suggestions.
At first, we tried just to restart but it made the thing worse as out of 4, only 2 attendants were able to login after that.
My colleague went into the sql db but have forgotten it is the dbo.workstation table that needs to be cleared. He...
An InAttend system keeps saying that there is a user already logged in when there is none. There are licenses for 4 Attendants all with different userids. in a logged in attendant, we can see 3/4 logged on. The 4th user tries to login but gets the error someone is already logged in with that...
Use a port listener. The A400 throws out to an IP destination. So your application should be "listening" to the same port number the A400 sends the data to.

Re: VoIP Security
I understand that the "Secure VoIP" license is required for SRTP (media/RTP encryption). But is this license also required to activate just Persistent TLS on the terminals? My understanding is it is not needed for TLS but I need confirmation.
I am currently testing with mixed...
