When a caller selects an option in an Auto Attendant, the system will respond with "Please Hold a Moment" then the call is transferred.
Customer would like to have this message eliminated or removed. How can this be done ?

Customer has AutoAttendant which uses Call Routing Mailboxes. When a call is routed per the Dial Action Table 47-13, Caller hears "please hold a moment."
