I recall being able to increase the inactivity time for the operator so they aren't bumped to OPERATOR ABSENT after 10 minutes of not taking a call. But for the life of me, I can't remember where to change that setting. Anyone recall?
Accpac installs fine on our Win7 64Bit computers. We can log into the program, access the help, but once you click into a module such as users...we get "Internet Explorer Add-on Installer - Security Warning. Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher...
Thanks. I did try that fix on Friday before I posted and it didn't work. Now Monday all is working, guess it just needed a log off to initiate registry changes.
When using the help function on the server, all help files display correctly.
When trying to display them on a workstation, they will not display.
The help DOES open and you CAN view categories but will not open specific pages. We get "The address is not valid".
