Am running R12.0 with SP1 installed. After I installed SP1 my backups are incomplete. Looking for files. Files it is looking for are C:\startup_debug.log and C:\log.log. I cannot find these files to exclude.

I installed SP1 for Arcserve 12. 0 yesterday. I don't think it installed correctly. It says SP1 in installed . I would like to either uninstall or reinstall SP1. Any ideas?
