Is there a way to "clear" everything to defaults? Menu ETC?

I've got a national chain filling the spot and they come with their own POS so leaving it in place isn't an option. I've checked with Radiant and the previous tennant's Corp Dealer for Aloha and it's paid for. Been looking at ebay, looks like I could recoup a little something there.

So, A tenant in my building abandoned their lease several months ago leaving behind a 3 terminal Radiant POS System. Back office server is in tact, serial key is there. I'd like to sell the POS but i'm sure there are some issues with licensing. any advice?
