I need to make a change to a hunt group and we have multiple agents skilled for that hunt group. Is there any way to busyout a hunt group or put it out of service so I can make those changes without taking all of the agents out?
Is there any way to set up an AAS agent with a SIP station? Is there another way to go about this? The sip station shows registered with the CM but not session manager. Every time I call the VDN that routes to the skill, it logs the station off

We're currently switching from H323 over to SIP and we currently have our Experience Portal set up with H323 stations to do some recording of payment calls. The stations are set with set type 7434nd and it automatically logs the virtual agents in. We don't actually have the agents logged in...
