Need old FW for 9611G or need to bypass minimum FW requirements on upgrade.
We recently received some refurbished Avaya 9611G IP phones that have R6.0 loaded currently. Unless I'm misunderstanding the process, due to the minimum firmware requirements, I need to go to R6.2 to R6.4 to R6.6 and then finally to R6.8. I have everything in that chain except R6.2.
